 | Scott Hillman is a freelance photographer based in Los Angeles, California. He was given his first camera at age three, but since he was too young to understand what a camera was, this had nothing whatever to do with his later interest in photography. Starting as the sports photographer for his high school newspaper, Scott went on to study photojournalism at UCLA, ultimately working professionally for a while in product, sports, portrait, and event photography in the Southern California area. Now, after a 20-year detour as an executive in the high tech industry, Scott is contemplating a return to professional photography, and is currently undertaking personal and contract projects in the U.S. and Asia Pacific. He is hopeful that the quality of his work will lead to widespread recognition and, ultimately, an exhibition at the Getty. Realistically, this is unlikely to happen. |
